According to Law No. 93/2021, of December 20 (“Law”), which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019, into the Portuguese legal system, regarding the protection of individuals who report breaches of European Union law, entities employing 50 or more workers are required to have a whistleblowing channel in place to detect and prevent potential irregular practices.

JOPEDOIS is committed to ensuring the protection of individuals who wish to report a violation or a potential irregularity, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
